User Agreement
Last updated: June 2026
This User Agreement sets out the terms between you and ZeroXPay when you create an account and use our products and services.
1. About this agreement
This agreement is a contract between you (the business or individual using our services) and ZeroXPay. By creating an account or using any ZeroXPay product, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
2. Eligibility and accounts
To use ZeroXPay you must be able to form a legally binding contract and operate a legitimate business. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account.
3. Our services
ZeroXPay provides tools to accept online and in-person payments, send invoices and payment links, and manage related financial information. Regulated payment and e-money services are provided through our licensed partner institutions in each region.
- You must use the services only for lawful purposes and permitted business activities.
- We may decline, hold or reverse transactions where required for risk, fraud or compliance reasons.
- Certain features may depend on your plan, region and verification status.
4. Fees and settlement
Fees for the services are shown in your account and on our pricing page. We deduct applicable fees from your transactions and settle the remaining funds to you on the payout schedule that applies to your account.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and card network rules, to provide accurate information, and not to use the services for prohibited activities. You are responsible for your relationship with your customers, including refunds, disputes and the goods or services you provide.
6. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach this agreement, where required by law or our partners, or to manage risk. On termination, certain terms survive, including those relating to fees, liability and dispute resolution.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZeroXPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited as set out in this agreement. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time and will let you know of any material changes through your account or our website. Your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
